Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Provide individualized attention and support to students
- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment

- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement educational strategies
- Supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Skills
- Experience in toddler care or early childhood education
- Knowledge of lesson planning and curriculum development
- Familiarity with Montessori or daycare settings
- Ability to work with students with autism or special education needs
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, parents, and staff
