Local non-medical HomeCare Company has a full time Lead Caregiver/Office Assistant position available.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s license
- 18 years or older
- Caregiving Experience and willing to be trained on all office duties as needed
- Must be able to handle last minute schedule changes
- Must be willing to travel on a daily basis and have reliable transportation
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be willing to fill in for call outs.
- 1 week on call rotation
- Must be a team player and work well with others.
- Must be on time and dependable and available Monday through Friday and every other weekend at minimum .
Responsibilities:
- following policies and procedures,
- leadership to employees.
- constant communication with Manager,
- assist with other office duties as assigned by Branch Manager
- Training caregivers
- On-call rotation
- Covering client shifts

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
