Job Summary
The Sr. Acquisition Analyst performs day-to-day management of the work and responsible for ensuring all work is performed in compliance with the requirements set forth.
Essential Functions
- Assist in developing and maintaining a master list of all active contracts to include relevant data fields; to be updated monthly with graphs and charts displaying changes over time
- Develop metrics and take daily measurement of Procurement Requests (PR) packages in all stages of the PR process
- Identify and assist in resolving issues with responsible parties to ensure progress is being made
- Assist in the budget development process to capture all funded and unfunded requirements and identify opportunities for streamlining contract actions

- Ability to manage all tasks and schedules to ensure activities are completed in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Education: BA/BS or higher
Experience: Requires 5 - 10 years of experience
Must be able to pass DHS Suitability
