Role Description
Member of the Human Resources team that will ensure accurate processing and recording of the company’s portal HRIS technologies, benefits, data entry, and accurate reporting of financial information.
- HRIS system processing (new hire information, payroll deductions, employee changes, data uploads, reports, etc.)
- HR reporting and data entry (E-Verify, employee verification, employee information, benefits, census data, etc.)
- Employee confidentiality and accurate record keeping (personnel, medical, garnishments, immigration, etc.)
- Benefit education and interfacing between employees and the benefits portal system, including open enrollment
- Following federal regulations for our 401k plan (timely employee and employer contributions, loans, withdraws, hardships)
- Annual 5500 audit
- Reconciliation if needed
- Update and reconcile monthly reports from HRIS to finance (benefit leave accruals, salary, employer-paid benefits, etc.)
- Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary (benefit leave accruals, state reporting)
- Conducting Company and employee relation projects
- Other duties as assigned

Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook

Education: Bachelor’s preferred industry
