Our client is an accounting, tax advisory, and compliance firm catering to high-net-worth individuals. The Bookkeeper will provide diversified administrative and day-to-day financial support for the firm.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships, requests, and payments
- Manage the AP process
- Perform monthly reconciliations of client credit cards
- Assist with year-end reporting of 1099s
- Resolve issues or discrepancies with clients’ accounts, bill pay, or invoices
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Respond to client requests and inquiries
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance
- 3-5 years of bookkeeping and AP experience
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Client service mindset
- Conduct work with a high degree of confidentiality
