The Senior Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of quarterly and annual forecasts, senior management reporting, and operating analytics.
Responsibilities

The Senior Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of quarterly and annual forecasts, senior management reporting, and operating analytics.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain quarterly forecasts, as well as other models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial statement reports for management in support of SEC reporting requirements
- Create and maintain complex 5-year financial models to provide multiple scenarios
- Identify and analyze key performance drivers and trends to align financial forecasts accordingly
- Coordinate and prepare the Board of Directors’ reporting packages and investor presentations
- Prepare schedules to support CFO in communication with analysts and research of peer companies KPIs
- Assist with investor relations, variance analyses, cost allocations, and other analytical support
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 4-8 years of relevant experience building and maintaining financial models
- Prior experience in real estate preferred
- Must have excellent mathematical skills including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
- Advanced Excel skills required
