Job Description Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst supports various financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. They provide financial support to the business, including financial management, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management. They interface regularly with project managers, account managers, and business area directors and support projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in completing monthly, bi-annual, and annual financial statements and management reporting.
• Support and learn from senior-level analysts to improve financial acumen and contribute to business goals.
• Assist in month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Assist in analyzing financial reviews, including current trends and variance analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in a financial analytical role, including some experience with accounting or finance.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel
• Some critical thinking skills along with a willingness to learn financial management skills.
• Some knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work well in a team, good interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
• Korean-English bilingual is preferred for this position

The anticipated compensation range is

22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
