Mgr Patient Care Services ARRMC (Ortho Neuro)
The Patient Care Services Manager provides leadership using Asante Guiding Values to one or more clinical areas and/or services. The primary purpose of the position is to coordinate available resources, assist in the management and guide the strategic direction of the department, and assure accountability of health care professionals to support delivery of superb health care services.
Job Requirements
5 years progressive nursing experience including formal leadership. Preferably related to area of specialty.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelors in related field completed within 6 months of hire
- Registered Nurse (RN) by the Oregon State Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field
- CNML: Certified Nurse Manager Leader by the American Organization of Nurse Leaders (AONL).
