What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager position at ASAP Personnel Inc.?
General Purpose: Oversee all aspects of the assigned Branch office. Included but
not limited to recruiting, training, retaining and at times firing employees. Evolve
recruiting and sales strategies to support your branch office staffing objectives.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sales
• Acquire a minimum of 15 new sales each week.
• Build relationships with existing and new clients
• Follow up with clients on a consistent basis to ensure we are meeting
their needs
• Generate email marketing through MailChimp and assign the staff in
your office territories to obtain sales
2. Placements
• Ensure all jobs in your branch office are filled by qualified candidates
at the end of each day.
• Each working day have a minimum of 2 placements.
• By the end of each week have a minimum of 10 new net placements
for that week.
3. Administrative
• Work with your team to effectively increase business
• Increase effectiveness with your team and office with daily
communication
• Have a weekly 15-20-minute evaluation with each one of your team
members to insure they are producing according to their hiring
agreement.
• Recruiters who are not meeting ASAP metrics need to be put in a plan
of action to increase their job effectiveness.
• Turn in weekly reports of your own production and of your team’s
production to management as including any future plan of actions as
need it.
• Ensure your office is always completely staff as well as provide
adequate training.
• Resolve any arising issue with internal employees, temps, and
customers.
• Ensure all administrative paperwork is completed at the end of each
week in time for payroll.
• Ensure your office meets regular production each week, including a
minimum of 2,000 billable hours
• Ensure all interaction with internal employees is documented in our HR
Platform such as warnings, plan of action, absences, tardiness etc.
• Ensure your office has an active flow of new candidates
• Conduct evaluation with employees at the end of their 90 days as well
every year anniversary
