CBRF Caregiver: 6am - 6pm/6pm-6am 3. 5 days a week
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate CBRF Caregiver to join our team at High Point Port Washington. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CBRF certification
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a CBRF setting
- Experience working with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and document changes in residents' health and behavior
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
