What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA - Ravenswood Senior Living position at Asbury Pavilion Nursing and Rehabilitation?

Open Shifts: 7am-7pm/7pm-7am
- Assisting clients with daily activities and needs as directed by the Wellness Director
- Help clients with meals.
- Take vital signs.
- Transfer, move or reposition patients.
- Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregiver team.
- Answer patient calls
- Clean and sanitize patient areas.
- Assist in changing bed sheets and restocking necessary supplies.
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing, nursing supervisor, and other nurses.
Requirements:
- Current, valid IL state certification and in good standing.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant program.
- Current on the IDPH HCWR Registry
- Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in CNA work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid CPR (recently expired accepted, we will get you recertified)
Compensation: Based on experience.
