Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity

Join our team at a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital in Berryville, AR as an Emergency Medicine Physician. This is a unique opportunity to work in a rural setting with a high volume of patients.

About the Job

• The hospital has a 12 bed Emergency Department staffed with an EM physician and 3 RN's.
• Average census is 38 patients every 24 hours with an average Length of Stay (LOS) of 98 minutes.
• Shifts are 12 hours long with an ongoing need for coverage.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in usual ED procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, conscious sedation, and laceration repair.
• They must also be proficient in central line placement, suturing, I&D, dental blocks, foreign body removal, reductions, cardioversion, codes, Stroke and STEMI management, and pediatrics and adult care.
• Additionally, they must hold an active AR license, ACLS, and ATLS certification.

Salary : $250,000 - $300,000
