Position: Associate Attorney – Insurance Coverage
Experience: 3 years preferred
Compensation & Benefits: $150,000–$180,000/year, plus 401(k) matching, health insurance, and Dental Insurance.
We are seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join our thriving litigation team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and writing skills, a sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze and interpret insurance policies, coverage issues, and claims
- Draft coverage opinions and reservation of rights/denial letters
- Handle litigation matters involving coverage disputes and bad faith claims
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
- 3-6 years of experience in insurance coverage and/or litigation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
