Location: San Antonio, TX
Job type: 3 days remote ( Tuesday-Thursday in office )
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and strategy formulation for insurance defense cases.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Texas.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
