Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial statement accuracy and drive operational excellence in the closing process to deliver timely, accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with various business units to ensure precision in accounting processes and reporting.
• Manage month-end close processes, including reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements following GAAP, including footnotes and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and efficient completion of the annual audit.
• Ensure compliance with SOX procedures, collaborating with auditors to resolve any issues.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations and reviews for accuracy.
• Identify and implement cost-saving strategies across the organization.
• Assist with the migration and integration of financial systems and platforms.
• Lead and support special projects and financial analyses to drive company growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Preferred experience with large punlic accounting firms.
• 6 years of accounting experience, ideally within a SOX-compliant environment.
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to work both high-level and hands-on with details.
• CPA preferred.
• Results-driven and team-oriented with a passion for learning new skills.
• Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex financial issues for diverse audiences.
