In this role, you will have the chance to expand on AR leadership as well as contribute to the success of the team by providing top-tier customer service to clients and supporting the company's values.
Responsibilities of the AR Lead include:
- Provide outstanding customer service with a consistently professional demeanor, effectively communicating with diverse groups to complete work assignments
- Manage daily workload, deligating tasks as necessary, and ensuring the reconciliation of daily and monthly deposits
- Resolve billing and payment issues, and coordinate all collection efforts with the Accounts Receivable team
- Provide daily phone (high volume) and e-mail support to our customers with the highest form of professionalism
- Enter and reconcile daily deposits
Requirements of the AR Lead include:
- 3 years of a Leadership role within the Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Accounting space
- Proven knowledge of full-cycle accounting principles
- A degree in Accounting is a plus!
