Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage all core business processes including leasing, client relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, selection and recruitment, and team development.
- Implement strategies to increase revenues and reduce expenses, optimizing property performance.
- Supervise and support team members to ensure tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and with high standards.
- Identify and resolve existing and potential operational challenges to achieve property objectives.
- Empower and develop team members through coaching and training for high performance and career growth.
- Maintain effective communication with Regional Supervisor and relevant teams on property performance and operational updates.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management with a track record of success.
- Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles to manage property finances effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and motivate teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with fair housing laws and other applicable regulations.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Valid driver’s license required.
