Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to commercial litigation attorneys
• Draft, revise, and format pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents
• File documents in State and Federal courts and manage deadlines and calendars
• Coordinate hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
• Maintain case files, both electronic and hard copy
• Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
Qualifications
• Prior experience supporting commercial litigation attorneys
• Strong knowledge of court filings, deadlines, and litigation procedures in both State and Federal courts
• Excellent organizational, communication, and proofreading skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset
