Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an associate to join its bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice group, residing in Miami, Tampa, or West Palm Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will have one to two years of bankruptcy experience or have clerked for a bankruptcy judge. Excellent academic credentials demonstrated writing skills, and admission (or pending admission) to The Florida Bar are required. The position also requires commercial litigation skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, on client matters in an environment where grit, drive, and client service are valued. Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000
