Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search has an exciting opportunity for a litigation attorney to join the Commercial Litigation team in our client's Miami office. Their cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. Their platform supports and encourages career development and thrives on excellent client service. About you: You have 2-7 years of general commercial litigation experience; You have deposition and case management experience; You have strong research and brief writing skills; Spanish language proficiency is preferred; You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials; You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the state in the State Bar of Florida.
