POSITION: Adult Workforce Development Outreach Coordinator
RESPONSIBLE TO: Adult Workforce Development Director
JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Assist with planning, developing and implementing the customized training
needs of business, industry & community
2. Participates in the Business Resource Network/One-Stop partnership initiatives
3. Manage Ashtabula County Safety Council
4. Supports the enrollment efforts by completing adult admissions & recruitment
5. Administer adult new student orientations
6. Promotes and actively recruits for all adult workforce development programs
7. Promotes and actively markets customized training and assessment programs
8. Assist with monitoring of expenditures in customized training programs
9. Assist current and graduate students in job placement
REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor’s Degree and five years related business experience
2. A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit employment
3. Complies with drug-free workplace rules and board policies
4. Strong organizational, planning, project management, people & communication skills
5. Proficient in use of computers
SALARY/HOUR: Immediately
Full-time position - 40 hours week
