RFP Manager – Investor Relations
Location : Chicago, IL

THE OPPORTUNITY :
7 years of RFP writing experience in alternatives investment (institutional client experience preferred)
Deep knowledge of separately managed accounts, registered / private funds, and investment strategies
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills (writing samples required)
Experience managing RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs across multiple teams and deadlines
Ability to analyze investment data, including performance, attribution, and risk metrics
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Suite; experience with RocketDocs a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Oversee the RFP process – manage incoming requests, delegate tasks, review / edit content, ensure accuracy, and meet deadlines
Liaise with internal teams (Investments, Operations, Compliance, Legal, etc.) to gather accurate information
Ensure high-quality responses that strategically position the firm's products for institutional investors
Maintain and update the firm’s RFP database (RocketDocs)
Drive process improvements – monitor KPIs, implement efficiencies, and explore technology solutions
Potential for internal mobility within the organization
