Currently partnered with an established investment management firm who is looking to add a Senior Associate to join their Investor Relations team. A successful candidate will play a key role in managing relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of our company's financial performance and strategic initiatives.
The Investor Relations Senior Associate will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, and other financial communications.
- Assist in the planning and execution of investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
- Support the development and implementation of investor relations strategies and initiatives.
The Investor Relations Senior Associate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, market analysis, and corporate finance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and analysts.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial analysis tools.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
