Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of M&A advisory engagements across multiple industries.
- Oversee valuation work, financial modeling, due diligence processes, and creation of client presentations.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing strategic insights and managing expectations throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Coordinate and drive day‑to‑day workstreams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional deliverables.
- Mentor and develop Associates and Analysts, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Support business development efforts, including pitch preparation and sector/market analyses.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Current Investment Banking Vice President or strong Senior Associate ready for promotion; substantial M&A execution experience required.
- Generalist Orientation: Ability to execute transactions across a wide range of industries; no sector specialization required.
- Technical Expertise: Mastery of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and deal process management.
- ESOP Experience: Exposure to ESOP transactions is a plus, though not required.
- Leadership & Client Skills: Strong communication, team leadership, and proven ability to lead client interactions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
