What You Will Be Doing
- Review and process employment applications, contact qualified candidates, and schedule interviews
- Lead sourcing initiatives to attract high-potential candidates
- Support business recruiting projects
- Maintain knowledge of HR policies, especially in recruiting, to communicate effectively with departments
- Provide exceptional customer service with strong communication, follow-up, prioritization, and urgency
- Handle reporting and additional assigned projects
