ACP is looking for an Engaging Front Desk Scheduler to join our growing team. This team plays a vital role in supporting our providers and clients and is a key component to the success of our clinic.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being judicious. The goal is to have our clients feel comfortable and valued while in our clinic.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
- Support providers, staff, visitors, and clients
- Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain confidentiality of all providers, staff, and client information
- Schedule appointments between providers and clients
- Collect payments (co-pay)
Requirements:
- High School education
- Basic medical terminology training and keyboarding skills
- Previous clerical experience in a medical or clinic setting
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good prioritization skills, data entry skills, dependable, and team player
- Flexible with assignments and able to perform a wide variety of front desk functions
- Good multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Online scheduling and EMR experience
- Proven ability to accurately schedule appointments and interpret provider orders
Hours: Monday-Friday: Full-time
