Join our team in Madrid as a Project Coordinator (Industrial Project Logistics Division)!
Main responsibilities:
- To coordinate a seamless flow of cargo from the point of contractual origin to destination. Commercial and Technical offers preparation support;
- To ensure the implementation for all transportation and freight expenditure ahead of actual movements in accordance with the preset criteria;
- To implement working procedures alongside with IP’s adopted shipping, consolidation and logistics strategy;
- To verify and evaluate the technical suitability of the proposed method of transport and, identify the Required-On-Site (ROS) date for the material and equipment released for shipment;
- To attend project progress meetings, meetings at Client’s, the Seller’s / Supplier’s facilities when requested by the Project.
Our expectations:
- 2 years of experience in Project Logistics or FCL transportation;
- Experience with logistics operations management in Oil&Gas industry will be an advantage;
- Proven knowledge of freight forwarding industry;
- Knowledge of Project Cargo transportation;
- Exceptional problem solving skills;
- Proactive approach;
- Ability to work both individually and in a team.
