Job Descriptio
Communicate with customers via telephone or email to provide information and assistance related to energy and rebates.
- Phone communication involves calling for missing information or for clarification. This individual will work with the engineering team and account management team.
Rebate processing and maintaining records of customer interactions.

This is a fully on-site position in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Work Environment
Monday through Friday, first shift. There may be an opportunity to work remotely after the first 3 months if performance is excellent. The office is currently located downtown but will be moving soon.
