Responsibilities as a Data Entry Clerk :
- Seek further information for documents that are considered to be incomplete
- Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product
- Enter information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
- Audit reports and sheets of data
- Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources
- Keep records of tasks, files, and progress
- Explore the internet for information
1. A high school diploma or equivalent. Further education in IT or related field will be considered an asset.
2. Previous experience in data entry, administration or related field.
3. Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is an advantage.
4. Accurate entry and management of information in various software and databases.
5. Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
6. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Basic understanding of databases.
8. Good command of English language, both spoken and written.
