Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Interim Purchasing/Buyer to join our team. This fully exclusive role is open due to a backlog and increasing workload, offering the opportunity to significantly contribute to our purchasing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities including creation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs).
• Utilize Epicor and Excel extensively for daily tasks.
• Handle manual entry for POs related to non-part numbers.
• Support various departments including supplies, maintenance, and more.
• Oversee Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and ensure accurate tracking.
• Process NCRs manually as needed.
• Manage MRO and VMI Purchase Orders.
• Collaborate with a small, dynamic team in a supportive and hardworking environment.

Essential Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Purchasing and PO management.
• Proficiency in Epicor (mandatory).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Familiarity with VMI and MRO processes.
• Ability to support cross-functional departments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a dynamic and collaborative team environment is a plus.

Work Environment

The role requires working collaboratively with a small, dynamic team in a supportive and hardworking environment. The use of Epicor and Excel is extensive, and the ability to manage manual entries and support cross-functional departments is essential.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
