Responsibilities
Responsible to assist the Mobile Service Manager and Technicians to manage and coordinate service calls and mobile repairs.
Maintain the schedule and route plans to maximize the flow of the technician's workday with Mobile Service as well as Pick Up and Delivery repairs.
Help facilitate the work order flow and dispatch repairs to the technician.
Enter all repair orders in spreadsheet.
Will discuss all repairs with technicians and Mobile Service Manager to ensure that follow up for every unit in the shop is communicated to the customer on a daily basis.
Will assist Mobile Service Manager with customer billing.
Coordinate with other service department team members when scheduling if needed.
Requirement
Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
Past experience in a customer service role.
Very energetic personality.
A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.
Personal and professional integrity
Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.
Excel proficient a HUGE PLUS!
Salary : $30,300 - $51,600
