Primary Responsibilities:
- Sets-up, maintains and breaks down assigned station
- Works assigned station to meet or exceed all standards of performance including following all recipes, instructions and directions on preparing food, dishes, meals, etc.
- Ensures that work station and equipment are clean and sanitary
- Adheres to state and local health and food safety regulations
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of basic culinary fundamentals and all line positions
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background/criminal history check
- Required to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach
- Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds
- Continuous repetitive motions
- Work in hot, humid and noisy environment
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year or more of related experience or training
- Food safety certification a plus
- Legally authorized to work in the US
