Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter (Temporary) in Philadelphia, PA with our client. In this temporary role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers. Ideal for recruiters with healthcare or high-volume staffing experience who excel in fast-paced environments and strong candidate engagement.

Responsibilities as the Healthcare Recruiter (Temporary):

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and communication for multiple healthcare requisitions.
• Job Postings & Advertising: Create and manage job listings across ADP, LinkedIn, and other platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Candidate Sourcing: Leverage databases, referrals, and networking tools to identify and engage top healthcare professionals.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
• Offer Management: Prepare offers, coordinate onboarding, and maintain accurate candidate documentation in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications for the Healthcare Recruiter (Temporary):

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 1 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on healthcare or high-volume corporate recruiting strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in ADP Recruiting, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and major job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare roles, credentialing processes, and employment regulations within healthcare settings.
• Skills & Attributes: Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with strong communication, multitasking, and relationship-building abilities in a fast-paced environment.
