As the result of continuous growth, we are seeking a high - volume Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This is a remote opportunity to start, with the possibility of working a combo remote/in-office from one of Axia's NJ, PA or IN support centers in the future.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle recruitment of FT, PT, PRN healthcare and corporate professionals for Axia Women’s Health. The Healthcare Recruiter will be flexible to recruit for a multi – state territory in a high volume setting while supporting steady growth.

The Healthcare Recruiter will play a critical role to ensure Axia Women’s Health is hiring the best and brightest professionals to join our rapidly growing organization and will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to provide a positive candidate experience while meeting expectations of clinical and operational leadership.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Source and pre-screen all qualified candidates, prepare comprehensive candidate presentations, interview scheduling/interview follow up, offer presentations and onboarding including background screening and coordinating orientation
• Requisitions include but are not limited to the following: Certified Medical Assistants, Medical Receptionists, RNs, Billing Associates, Schedulers, Patient Service Representatives, IT, Finance, HR, Lab, Practice Managers. Must have desire and ability to expand into Physician recruiting
• Laser - focused on delivering qualified, pre-screened candidates for hiring authorities in a timely manner while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of each search
• Demonstrate creative and outside of the box thinking with search techniques including but not limited to social media, networking, resume mining, referrals, cold calling and more to attract a diverse pipeline of candidates
• Ensure accurate and concise documentation and reporting for all phases of the recruitment process
• Manage all candidate activities and job requisition updates in Ultipro on a routine basis
• Provide candidates with a professional introduction to Axia Women’s Health by presenting clear and concise details on position description and benefits details
• Ongoing maintenance of all job postings, applicant tracking system and publications

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum 1 - year Healthcare Recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced recruitment setting, or other relevant field
• Ability to earn trust and build strong relationships with hiring authorities
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for various levels of healthcare including clinical and non-clinical roles in a high - volume setting
• Highly organized and customer service focused with ability to adjust to shifting priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively with HR Business Partners, Office Managers, Senior Physicians, Clinical & Operational Leadership
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
• Must be a motivated self – starter who is comfortable working independently with limited supervision and guidance
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (UKG preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
