About the Role
The role supports their flagship private credit strategy, which focuses on delivering flexible capital solutions to enterprise software companies. This is a unique opportunity to gain deep exposure to complex fund structures, dynamic investment activity, and senior leadership within a high-performing finance and operations team.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for evergreen private funds domiciled in the U.S. and Luxembourg
- Review quarterly closing workpapers and financial statements prepared by the fund administrator
- Maintain and update internal check workpapers
- Support external data requests and document sharing
- Input and validate recurring reports and dashboards (Monthly Performance, Deployment, NAV History)
- Participate in monthly expense budgeting: estimate accruals, review invoices, and recalculate fees
- Track and manage fund-level credit facilities
- Review fund expenses and allocate in accordance with firm-wide policies
- Review materials related to due diligence requests and regulatory filings
- Validate inputs for performance reporting and ensure accuracy
- Assist in preparing and delivering SEC filings (8-Ks, 10-Qs, 10-Ks)
- Support cash movements including wires, transfers, and ACH transactions
- Maintain wire instructions with appropriate controls and documentation
- Post LP deliverables (financials, capital accounts, calls/distributions)
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices documentation
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 4–10 years of experience in fund accounting or financial reporting
- Strong understanding of private credit, BDCs, and/or closed-end fund structures
- Solid grasp of investment company GAAP, consolidation, and debt instruments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a mostly remote team environment
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and spreadsheet automation

Salary : $130,000 - $165,000
