Family Office - Senior Accountant
Job Description:
Established Single Family Office is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team. The team’s objective is to maintain accurate accounting records of family’s activity and holdings which includes Investment LLCs, trusts and Not for Profits. Investments are deployed with external managers across traditional public market strategies, such as equities and fixed income, as well as alternative strategies including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and real assets. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who is driven, has successfully interacted with different levels of senior management and wants to contribute to the continued growth of a Company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monthly reporting for the Principals
- Work papers and accounting for transfer of assets and noncash distribution
- Financials for various financial institutions and transactions
- Handle treasury responsibilities
- And Various other ad-hoc Projects
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience from another Family Office
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized and able to multi-task independently with strong attention to detail
- Must have good work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
