Job Description:

We are working with a fast-growing NYC-based Hedge Fund coming off the heels of a successful $3.5BN fundraising cycle, now seeking an Operations Associate in their New York office to focus on trade support with a focus on Equities products. The individual in this role will work closely with the global operations group to ensure the trade life cycle is processed accurately from execution to settlement.

Responsibilities:

• Strong equity operations exposure (equities, options, swaps)
• Position and P&L reconciliations/Assist in daily profit/loss and risk analysis
• Reconcile trading affirmation and confirmation platforms
• Daily trade capture review
• Trade settlement resolutions
• Corporate action processing assistance
• Support Investment team
• Work collectively with Risk group
• Collaborate with trading technology team
• Assist Fund Accounting team with month end NAV closing
• Implement new trading systems
