We are working with a multi-billion dollar global investment management firm operating in Greenwich, New York, Miami and London. They are seeking a Sr. Associate to join their Listed and OTC Trading group.

Sr Associate, Listed and OTC Trading Operations
Job Description:
- Support Trade Operation functions for multiple trading strategies
- Ensure all Trades are received and processed into Front End system
- Review trade strategy reconciliations between internal order entry system and Front-End system
- Review daily breaks and fails
- Procedure documentation
- Perform mandatory daily functions of:
- Understand trading P/L calculation within Portfolio Management System (PMS) and general ledger
- Perform trade corrections
- Interact with all executing brokers to assist in trade settlement resolution
- Assist PM’s/Traders in various research projects
- Compliance monitoring – short sales and locate approval
Company Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years of experience in financial services area in support of trading
- Exposure to various financial products i.e. Equities and Equity Swap, Convertible and Corp Bonds, PIPES, CDS, CDX and other listed securities
- Must be able to take initiative and facilitate various needs to various portfolio managers
- Proficiency in dealing with a variety of computer systems (Eze Castle, VPM, Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, CTM, Traiana)
Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
