Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

What You’ll Do:As an Accounting Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our Accounting team—processing transactions, keeping records sharp, and making sure vendors, tenants, and teammates get the info and support they need.
Your days will include:
- Processing receivables and payables with precision.
- Reconciling corporate credit cards and organizing financial records.
- Managing shared inboxes and following up like a pro.
- Assisting with collections, vendor records, and month-end close.
- Keeping documentation and systems organized—and suggesting ways to make them better.
You’ll collaborate across the company—from finance and property management to field services. Communication is key, and so is a little bit of hustle.
What You Bring:- A background in accounting, finance, or related work experience.
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Solid communication skills—you’re approachable and responsive.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in real estate or property management!
