● Be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing prompt and reliable support via phone, email, and text.
● Actively listen to client concerns, demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
● Meticulously document and efficiently manage client issues using our ticketing system, ensuring seamless resolution and clear communication.
● Proactively collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues, ensuring timely completion and positive outcomes.
● Foster strong client relationships by exceeding expectations and exceeding the industry standard of service.
Qualifications:
● 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening, empathy, and professionalism.
● Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize workloads, and maintain clear records.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Google Suite and CRM platforms.
● Confident and articulate phone communication skills.
● Passion for client satisfaction and a strong desire to learn and grow in the audiovisual industry (a plus).
