How you'll Contribute:
- Create customer value, understanding customer needs as well as the needs of the end users benefiting from our technology
- Own a problem wherever it takes them—whether across technology stacks, teams, or roles
- Build web scale solutions striking a balance between what's required today and what's essential long-term
- Understand service-oriented architecture, data modeling, performance optimization, and end-to-end software delivery
- Deliver daily results, biasing for action and iterating to success

- Work across all layers of the technology stack and product surfaces

- Work cross-functionally with the design and product teams
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Math, similar field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years industry experience as a software engineer
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Experience building, maintaining, operating, and supporting large-scale SaaS products
- Working knowledge of cloud vendors and technologies
- Operational and DevOps experience supporting an always-on software service - experience with observability and monitoring
- Working knowledge of tooling, methods, and best practices for safely and securely writing, delivering, and operating software products at scale
