Job Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Actuary to join our team. The ideal candidate will use statistical methods and financial theory to assess risk and uncertainty, providing insights to guide decision-making and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze statistical data to calculate risk and determine financial outcomes.
• Develop and implement actuarial models to assess the probability of events and financial implications.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with underwriters, financial analysts, and management to evaluate and optimize risk management strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Professional actuarial certification (e.g., SOA or CAS) or progress toward certification.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, R, Python).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
