The recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience required.
Education Desired
Relevant HR certification.
Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience Requirements
1 year professional level experience in a recruiting role to include some compensation experience; preferably in healthcare or other complex environment.
Prior experience with HRIS
Experience Desired
3-5 years professional level experience in a recruiting role. Experience in other functions of Human Resources
