What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPHA Supervisor-LCPC/LCSW-REMOTE position at AUNT MARTHAS HEALTH AND WELLNESS INC?
*This is a REMOTE position*
Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical support and supervision to Crisis Line Workers for a state-run 24-hour crisis line.
This includes, but is not limited to assisting with high-risk callers, coaching and monitoring calls, and post call follow up. LPHAs are also key in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Ideal candidates will not only possess basic knowledge of diagnostic characteristics and symptomology of mental illness but will also be well versed in crisis work.
Candidates must have a current, valid, unrestricted license in the State of Illinois in a qualified profession LCSW/LCPC.
Full-time and Part-time positions available.
Work Hours:
· Thursday 11p- 7:30am
· Friday 7a-3:30pm
· Saturday 7a-3:30pm
· Saturday 3p-11:30p
