Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Eating Disorder Therapist at Authentically You Eating Disorder Counseling. The Therapist will be responsible for providing outpatient therapy services, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans,and facilitating support groups. This role is based in Deerfield, IL, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Clinical therapy skills, including individual and group counseling
- Experience in treating eating disorders and associated disorders
- Knowledge of Health at Every Size (HAES) principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for clients
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Licensure as a therapist or counselor in Illinois
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
