What are the responsibilities and job description for the Autism Paraprofessional position at Autism Behavior and Cognitive Development?
Autism Behavior and Cognitive Development is a company dedicated to improving the quality of life for children with developmental disabilities and their caregivers. To do this; we provide fun, professional, data-driven services to teach children with autism new skills and replace problem behaviors with ones that are more socially appropriate. We currently provide services in the Mobile and Baldwin County areas.

Job Requirements:
High school diploma, Be at least 18 years old, Ability to pass a background check, Ability to pass the board exam for certification, Passion for working and growing in the mental health field, Willingness to take the provided online training course, And Previous RBT work experience or experience in a similar field is preferred
Job Duties:
Assist behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts in preparing teaching materials and setting up the environment, Collect and record data based on the client's goals, Assist behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts with various assessments, Provide direct one-on-one and group behavioral services, Communicate with clients, caregivers, and stakeholders regarding the client's progress with the supervisor's approval, Provide constructive feedback and communicate with others to help improve the client's treatment, And Follow the protocols outlined in the treatment plan.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
