Position Summary
Sealed Air is offering a hands-on, innovation-driven R&D Intern opportunity for students eager to apply their curiosity, creativity, and analytical skills in the dynamic packaging industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a problem-solver, and someone ready to dive deep into technical challenges that shape tomorrow’s sustainable packaging solutions.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a problem-solver, and someone ready to dive deep into technical challenges that shape tomorrow’s sustainable packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical property testing and analysis related to R&D activities and NPD projects.
- Support all project and trial work that is related to the development of new products, films, fitments, and general R&D activities including evacuation studies, sample bag making, comparative testing of in-house and competitive products and analytical analysis.
- Document and file all data, results, reports, and any relevant information that is related to R&D and NPD activities in a professional manner.
- Ensure strict protocol is followed for all test methods and quality checks. Also, apply statistical analysis when required to support the data collected and conclusions drawn.
- Develop and document new test protocols where required.
- Support the technical aspects of complaint handling and complaint reporting, on occasion
- 3.0 or higher GPA
- Authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
- Able to provide own transportation to the internship location
- Creative and a strong problem solver
- Curious and interested in learning about the bag-in-box industry
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Good written and verbal communication skills
