Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to cover the Louisiana market and drive growth in PDC buildings and modular electrical systems. You’ll play a key role in identifying projects, building relationships with industrial clients, and delivering tailored power solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop business in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast region for PDC buildings, MCC buildings, and custom power/control solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with end-users, engineers, EPCs, and procurement managers
• Create and deliver technical sales proposals with support from internal engineering
• Coordinate with project managers and estimators to meet client needs
• Stay informed on regional trends in energy, utilities, and infrastructure development
• Conduct site visits, attend industry events, and manage regional sales pipeline
Required Qualifications
• 5 years of industrial sales experience (preferably in electrical equipment or systems)
• Knowledge of switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, and power distribution equipment
• Based in Louisiana or willing to travel frequently throughout the region
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience developing and working on power distribution projects
• Knowledge of Louisiana oil & gas and petrochemical infrastructure
• Familiarity with Rockwell, Eaton, and other leading electrical OEMs
• Background in electrical construction or automation is a plus
