Reporting to their respective manager, Supervisors provide direct and daily contact with our frontline workforce, and are accountable for ensuring their productivity, safety, and engagement in the success of the operation. A high degree of flexibility, commitment and leadership are required. You will be responsible for ensuring clear communication of policies, proposing innovative policies and procedures, coordinating resource utilization, meeting production targets, and upholding health and safety standards. Working collaboratively with your team, you'll play a pivotal role in motivating and guiding employees, and achieving exceptional results.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should have:

• Experience in leading in an industrial unionized environment is an asset.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience, with at least one (1) year in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Post-secondary education with a concentration in operations or business is preferred.
• Inclusive and professional oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
