Sales Territory Manager drives growth, builds relationships, and wins new business for a fast-growing leader in waste and recycling. This well-established organization is expanding in the Pensacola market and looking for a competitive, customer-focused sales pro to own and grow a defined territory.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and close new Commercial & Residential accounts
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through ongoing communication and service support
- Identify opportunities for service improvements, upselling, and account expansion
- Build and maintain a network of referral sources and prospective clients
- Research and evaluate prospective customers to identify business opportunities
- Present and demonstrate products and services tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate pricing and contracts; meet/exceed revenue goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally and stay ahead of market trends
Requirements:
- 3 years of outside sales experience (industry experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales or Business preferred
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel within the territory
